A crawl space’s main purpose is to provide service access for plumbing, electrical and heating-and-cooling systems. If the home doesn’t have a basement, a crawl space is built to provide this access. Beware of these scary occurrences that can happen in your crawl space!

With any service business, it’s always prudent to get to know the company, read reviews, and ask questions to make sure they are the right company to get the job done. We have put together a few questions we think you should always ask a heating and air conditioning company before using them for the first time.
