This is an honest review from a customer who is still very satisfied and grateful after almost 10 years of knowing them. I can't say enough about this group. They have supported me since my last home and recently installed a Trane HVAC system in my current home. This is my second major purchase from them. Sales and service have always been responsive and the inside staff has always been a pleasure to work with. The few problems I've had have been handled quickly, courteously and effectively. I had 2 independent repairmen tell me that my A/C unit needed to be replaced at about $6,000. I called Anchor on the advice of my neighbor. Thank goodness too - they fixed my unit for 1/10 the cost of my other quotes. I was nothing but pleased with my service.
